Balerin
Veneto region leads the pack in wine production and is home to two of the most important appellations in Italy: Valpolicella, with its powerful and iconic red wines and Prosecco, the Italian sparkling wine “per eccellenza”.
We use certified sustainable viticultural techniques.
Amarone and Valpolicella are both certified ORGANIC, and made with grapes grown at 400 meters above sea level. Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella are the traditional native grapes used to make both wines.
Appassimento is the traditional technique used to make our Amarone: after harvest, grapes are dried on special wooden racks for 100 days. This process brings great structure and concentration to the wine.
The most renowned sparkling wine of Italy, famous for its easy and fruity character: Prosecco. The grapes used for Balerìn Prosecco come from one of the most suitable areas of the appellation: Treviso.
All Balerin wines are suitable for vegans.
